As our products are made to order, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on the internet;
- For defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
- Or if you have simply changed your mind
Customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed.
