ORDERING
Please follow the ordering process strictly through our step-by-step instructions. You will receive confirmation via email for your successful order. Proof design will be send through whatsapp /emails and if no respond or late respond within 24hours, our production team will proceed printing with or without notice.
If you had placed an order wrongly, please do whatsapp us within 24 hours through our customer service number at +6012 3081997 or email to admin@daisydoo.my. Do provide your order reference number for faster service. Once your order is processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve the rights to refuse an order where you will be advised as soon as we can and any payment paid refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion and where we deem necessary without prior notice.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Other than as specified expressly in these terms and conditions we will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the use by you of the Daisydoo service or the Daisydoo website.
DELIVERY
Once your order is accepted and paid for, we will dispatch the order within 7-14 working days (exclude weekends and public holiday) through local courier for express delivery. The time local courier gets the order to you will depend on their scheduled commitment to customers. Should you not receive your order within the stipulated times as per above, please do contact us and we will help you track the status of your order.
Postage is fixed at rate below with no limits of items. You may add in other items with no extra charges for 1 time posting with same mailing address.
